7. New Membership Category - Overseas Members: Persons whose normal place of residence is outside both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. They have no voting rights. Eligibility for this category will be decided by the Executive Committee. This category of membership enables the person to play hockey for the club, provided appropriate membership fees have been paid.
