Welcome to our new club website and member system!

Over the last few months, we’ve been working with an external consultant to streamline our admin processes and enhance our online presence. In doing so we’ve now completed the development of:

• A new website which will allow the public and members to easily access information about the club and teams.
• A secure member system to allow members to join and renew their membership online. 

Website

The state-of-the-art website has been developed to give our current and prospective members all the information they need and will help to reduce the admin time spent by our club volunteers. It includes:

• Dedicated team pages for Men’s, Ladies and Youth teams with information about fixtures, goal scorers and match reports as well as a direct link to league tables.
• A Covid-19 page to keep everyone informed about the latest procedures and guidelines.
• Information about our club history, honours and committee.
• A facilities page to showcase our clubhouse and pitch with an online hire enquiry form.
• A sponsorship page and form to encourage more club & team sponsors.
• Details of how to join/renew memberships.
• A link to our club shop for playing kit and accessories.
• There is a news page keep you up to date about news and events and links to our social profiles for you to follow if you don’t already.
• Contact information to find the club and make general enquiries.

Member System 

• The member system will replace the current hard copy paper forms for registrations and renewals and give members the opportunity to pay online.
• Members will be able to control and securely maintain their own data throughout the season, ensuring that Club Officials always have the most up to date information. It is especially important that we have the most up to date contact details and medical conditions. 
• Data for all current members has been imported and now that we’re live, we have sent information on how to log in, review your data and update anything that is out of date.
• In the future, automated reminder emails will be sent to renew your membership for the following season.
