Newry 2nds got back to winning ways on Saturday against a youthful Bangor side, despite missing a number of players due to injury, including Captain and top scorer Simon McCafferty.
Newry started on the front foot and Davy Hogg scored twice within the opening 10 minutes with the first coming from a penalty corner and the second was through the keeper and into the roof of the net.
Simon Moffett got the 3rd when he finished off a flowing team move for his first goal since his return to the club.
Jordan Whiteside got his first of the season when he tapped in at the back post to round off the scoring.
Special shout out to Andy Marks who stepped into do nets and Andy Baird and Josh Porter who umpired.
