Important information on member subscriptions for 2021/22 and the introduction of a new membership scheme from Hockey Ireland.

The annual general meeting will be held in the clubhouse on Tuesday 19th October 2021 at 7:30pm.

Executive Committee annual subscription recommendations for 2021/22:

• Due to the early abandonment of Ulster Hockey league and cup fixtures in 2020/21 and the enforced closure of the clubhouse as a result of Covid-19 restrictions, it is proposed by the Exec Committee that:
• Subscriptions for 2021/22 will be waived for all members who fully paid their annual membership fees for 2020/21.
• Members with subscriptions outstanding for 2020/21 will be required to pay annual membership fees for 2021/22 only.
• New members will be required to pay their annual subscription for 2021/22 as normal.
• The annual membership fee for Non-Playing/Non-Voting members is reduced from £20 to £10. All other member category fees remain unchanged.
