New members card discount scheme launched

Another first for the club with the launch of a new members card which will give discount at the clubhouse bar and on sponsors products and services.

The scheme is aimed at providing additional benefits for club members and will help to deepen the relationship between the club and our sponsors.

Presentation of the card will enable discount on drinks and snacks purchased at the clubhouse bar and with the generosity of our sponsors, will provide discount on their products and services.

The sponsors included at this stage for the launch of the scheme are:

We will be adding more sponsors to the scheme soon.

How it works....

Clubhouse bar discount:

• 10% discount for Full and Associate members on all purchases when using the card for payment
• Junior members (Under 18) will receive 10% discount on soft drinks and bar snacks when using the card for payment

To obtain discount, members must pre-load their card with funds at the bar and have a credit balance to cover full payment of the transaction at time of purchase.

Membership cards are non transferable and must be presented in person. Proof of ID may be requested.

Card balances can be obtained at any time at the club bar and will be detailed on bar receipts.

Club sponsor discounts:

Discounts as outlined below will be provided on presentation of your members card to the retailer when making payment.

Member discount will not be applicable on sale items or in addition to any other in-house offers or promotions.

How to get your members card:

• Members cards can be collected at mini hockey and at home games during December
• Member who haven't been able to collect their card in person will receive it in the post

The small print:

• Members cards are numbered, are allocated individually to each member and are non transferable
• The cards remain the property of Newry Olympic Hockey Club and must be returned to the club on lapse of club membership
• Discount is only applicable while club membership is active. Cards will be frozen on 31 August pending membership renewal for the new season
• Members must advise the club immediately at members@newryolympichockeyclub.com if a card is lost or stolen so the card can be deactivated and any credit balance on the card frozen
• In the event of loss or damage, a fee will be applicable for a replacement card
